1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zx777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the zx777 website located at https://zx777.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and tools made available through the platform.

Cash balances held across duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the zx777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of the zx777 trading team is final, subject to the complaints procedure in clause 10.3. Bets will be void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the market is settled in error. Incorrectly priced markets will be voided at zx777's discretion.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test match markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). No account shall be taken of results that are later revised due to appeals or disciplinary proceedings unless the governing body formally reverses the result within 48 hours of the original settlement.

6.3 Live Casino Games
